A commercial hit. That’s what New York Times writer Patrick Healy calls Next To Normal in his recent article. The article goes on to report that the edgy show that got it’s start in the Village Originals program, passed its one-year-old marker this past Saturday. Considering this feat, and the current national tour preperations that are taking place, it’s no surprise to read that Next To Normal has recently “earned back its $4 million capitalization”. We couldn’t be more proud of Next To Normal, the writing team, and the entire creative department that made this show take flight.
